Comfort
With an inner length of 215cm and a width of 110cm at its widest point, the Laser Lite AS provides a comfortable space for solo users and a compact but functional setup for two. The single side-entry door allows for easy access, while the 38cm porch provides storage for gear and equipment. Packing down to just 33cm x 19cm, the Laser Lite AS is an ideal choice for fast-moving adventurers who require a compact, efficient, and high-performing shelter for demanding trips.
The groundsheet has been upgraded to a high-performance high pressure silicone Si/Si fabric, reducing weight while maintaining durability and waterproofing. The tent’s compact footprint and single side-entry door make it ideal for solo users who need an efficient shelter that maximises both space and protection. Vent covers, pole sleeve, and zip flap now utilise flysheet fabric, increasing durability while keeping weight to a minimum.
Setup
Further design improvements include an adjustable connected flysheet and inner with linelock corners, making setup quicker and ensuring a secure pitch. Additional refinements include upgraded pole sleeve, vent covers, and zip flap, all now constructed using flysheet fabric to improve durability and weight efficiency.
The introduction of AiroCorner technology further enhances groundsheet longevity whilst offering reliable waterproofing at the corner points. The latest updates also include an adjustable connected flysheet and inner with line lock corners, improving pitching efficiency and allowing for a more secure setup.
Walking pole compatibility adds another level of versatility, enabling additional structural reinforcement when conditions demand it.

Materials
Terra Nova TriPlex fabric is a compilation of Recycled, Solution Dyed and PFC-free fibres, to create one of the most environmentally friendly tent fabrics available, without sacrificing performance.
Terra Nova tents now feature recycled flysheets, groundsheet and inners fabrics, made from post-consumer plastic bottles.
Solution Dyeing is a technique that creates long-lasting, highly pigmented fabrics whilst reducing impact on the environment. Dying the polymers first, rather than the fibres after they’ve been made into fabric, results in less water, chemical waste and energy use. It can also reduce harmful bi-products entering the atmosphere, like CO2.
PFAS and PFC’s pose environmental concerns due to their persistence and potential harm to our ecosystems. After vigorous testing and development to ensure quality remains at the forefront of our products, all Terra Novatents are now fully PFC-free.
