Tentipi Tipi’S & Bell Tents-Safir 5 CP

The Safir is designed for the most extreme conditions; stormy winds, icy expanses, glaciers and under burning sun. From the desert to the Arctic, for professional expeditions, demanding hikes and many different outdoor pursuits activities, the Safir is also perfect for families who want to hike, camp or go on motoring holidays. It has everything, rolled into one single tent.

Lavishly designed with an abundance of user-friendly features and advanced performance, the Safir is more than a tent; it’s a home in your rucksack.

The Safir 5 fits, in comfort, up to 4-6 people sleeping, and 8-10 people sitting.

Comfort
Far better equipped than one would normally expect of a Nordic tipi, the In-Tent Vent system enables multi-stage, six option adjustment from the inside of your tent, meaning you don’t even have to get out of your sleeping bag and the integrated chimney opening makes this tipi suitable with use with a fire stove.

Integrated mosquito net in the upper part, and behind the door allows for insect free ventilation and a three large, mesh backed base vents increases ventilation and helps to draw in air for use with a fire.

Material
The Cotpolmex P is a very strong and well-venting cotton/ polyester fabric, which gives a much better indoor climate than is normally achieved in a tent. The natural colour creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and it is quiet, allowing you to get a good night’s sleep. The denser fabric makes it more resistant to sunlight, offers better water repellency and is designed for constant, all year round use.

Reinfomex C, 50cm reinforcement edging around the bottom of the tent is stronger than the main fabric, and further increases the life of the tent. This edging can be turned inwards to easily seal draughts using packs or an additional floor, or turned outwards and sealed using stones, earth or snow.

Pitching
Easy to use, the Safir 5 features a singular pole and can be pitched in just three minutes, offering ample space for one person, couples or small groups.

Optional Additions–Available Separately
Designed to be used on its own. This tipi is ready for use with a floor or inner tent via adjustable floor tensioners.

An additional toggle in Floor protects against condensation, ground dampness and offers reliable protection from insects. Bonus, the floor can even be left attached!
A Inner offers reliable protection from insects and condensation, and retains more heat.

A circular aluminium drying rail sits neatly at the top of your tent. These enable you to hang up your washing or simply dry out your kit, especially handy if using a heat source as it makes good use of the heat before it escapes.
