Hilleberg Backpacking & Lightweight Tents-Anjan 2 GT Tent – Green

The Hilleberg Anjan 2 GT is a ideal tent for mobile journeys in warmer conditions where the lowest weight is the highest priority. Specifically created as a very light tent for use in snow-free conditions, these tents are perfect for 3-season backpacking and summer bicycle tours, and are well-suited for hunters on scouting trips or on early season hunts. They are also ideal for warm weather comfort seekers who want to “size up” but still keep the weight very low.

Part of Hilleberg’s Yellow Label range, these tents are primarily designed to be lightweight and intended for use in warmer climates and in snow-free conditions.

The tunnel construction offers maximum space to weight ratio, and it only requires four pegs for pitching, and the simple, single-opening, continuous sleeve and pole tensioner pole system is quick to pitch and remarkably stable. For very warm conditions, you can fully roll up the rear wall of the outer tent to expose the inner tent’s large mesh vent, and you can completely roll away the vestibule for unrestricted air flow. The catenary patterning on the outer tent walls (where the outer doesn’t go all the way to the ground) ensures constant venting while still offering excellent protection from the rain. Looped guy lines affixed to twin attachments on each side of each pole also increases stability in poor conditions.

The Anjan 2 GT provides a good amount of room for two people, and it even makes a deluxe solo shelter for those who hold spaciousness in the highest regard. A single entrance and the extended vestibule afford easy access and plenty of storage space, and two integrated stowage pockets help to keep you organised.

Optional Additions – Available Separately
For added protection, an additional tough Footprint can be purchased to help protect the tent’s floor from abrasion and to keep ground moisture from rising in the vestibule.
