A closer look
The Military Ops boot was developed during 2018/2019 as an update to the defender. The result is a close fitting boot with improved mobility for running and tabbing, stronger lateral support also improves ankle security on rough terrain. Many of the materials used in Altbergs original Defender boots are retained, so breathability, drying time, shock absorption and weight are as good, and in most cases better.
2023 has seen an update to the design where the lacehooks on the upper have been replaced with closed loops

Please note: There has been a rolling change of sole units from the Vibram Masai sole unit to the defender sole unit which is superior in slip resistance and traction, plus it is acid and oil resistant.
Also the move from lace hooks to eyelets is ongoing
At present our stock is mixed as only certain sizes are coming into the warehouse from Altberg with the new updates
